Recruitment!

Call to Students!

STAC is looking for students who wish to improve technology here at Arizona State. Starting next semester we will start expanding to all four campuses so if you are enthusiastic about technology or wish to improve the quality of service here at Arizona State then this group is for you.

We will be having an informational meeting in the coming future for those who are interested. Please check back as we will update our calendar for this event. We realize the looming horror of finals is around the corner, as a result we will try to find a time appropriate for those interested.

Please contact us at stac@asu.edu if you wish to get involved!

Thank you,

STAC

New Suncard Minimum Online

The Sun Card office is now offering a new minimum sun dollar deposit. Instead of the $20 dollar minimum that students had to pay off their Debit or Credit cards to add money to their Sun Card online you can now add a minimum of $5.

When speaking with the manager of the Sun Card Office as to what had brought on this change he said "Their were no hidden agendas here, it was a simple request from West Campus. We looked into it and this was as low as we could go."

West Campus up till this Fall Semester had free printing. Now they join Tempe campus in being charged eight cents a page for black and white print jobs and seventy five cents for color print jobs.

Thank you West Campus for the contribution to help improve student conveniences.

Quick Links

Hey Students!

For your convenience we have added a new web page dedicated to posting any ASU links that you might have trouble finding. This link is located with the other links to the right under Quick Links.

If there are any other web pages you think students would have difficulty finding let us know! We will post them here as well as suggesting to UTO how to make them more "intuitively accessible". As a brief reminder, we only have direct input over the pages managed by UTO, however we will direct any concerns to the relevant department.

Thanks again!

Registration Page

As many of you know with the new semester and the discontinuation of preregistration we received a new registration system in its place. As with any new product there are a number of areas for improvement. We are looking into bettering and simplifying the registration system and are planning a focus group to gain your feedback to aid us in this process.

Also, please leave us some constructive feedback about what you found to be not-so-user-friendly when you registered for classes this semester. Please be as detailed as you can in your explanation, as this will aid us in guiding UTO in the improvement of this service.
